The temporal intensity of the work by Claudia Pagès causes everything she makes to evade stable and pre-established formats. In Talk Trouble, the exhibition resisted being an exhibition; her “Talk Trouble readings” went beyond performance. At the same time, her publication distances itself from the concept of a catalogue and instead becomes a textual script of Talk Trouble.
